In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tbage website accessible at tbage.io, including all pages, features, games, sports betting markets, cashier, and account management functions.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player to access Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "BDT" or "Taka" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features available within every Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

By completing the account registration process on tbage.io and checking the acceptance box during sign-up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, participating in promotions, and contacting customer support. If at any time you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting [email protected].

tbage reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 13 for the amendments policy.

To register an Account and use the tbage Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tbage operates a strict 21+ policy and will require identity documentation to verify age before processing any withdrawal or awarding any bonus.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's payment methods.

tbage reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approval of an application does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform — accounts are subject to ongoing eligibility review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

tbage will never contact you to request your password by any channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify tbage promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. tbage cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has delayed in reporting a breach.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on tbage are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at tbage's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. tbage does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which tbage accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same Account, unless tbage's compliance team approves an alternative method in writing. Processing times are up to 24 hours for mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 5 business days for card withdrawals.

KYC Verification. tbage may request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued National ID card, passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.

tbage offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is presented to the Player.

Unless the specific offer states otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply across all tbage promotions:

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless tbage explicitly states otherwise for a specific offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed where a bonus is active in the Account.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution, or may contribute at a reduced percentage. Eligible games are listed in the individual offer terms.
• tbage reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.

Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting software errors — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their Account reviewed for closure.

All bets and game rounds on the tbage Platform are subject to the specific rules of the product being used — casino games, live dealer games, slots, and sports betting markets each operate under their own ruleset as defined by the relevant game provider or tbage's sportsbook team.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the outcome produced by the system, the system's recorded result will be considered definitive, provided there is no confirmed technical error. Technical errors that materially affect a game outcome will result in the round being voided and stakes returned.

tbage reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed using funds that were credited in error. In all such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Maximum bet limits apply on certain markets and game types. Where a maximum bet is exceeded, tbage may reduce the stake to the permitted maximum and return the excess to the Player's Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbage Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account for the same person, household, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC review.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Discovered bugs must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other Players in poker or table game environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or match fixing in the sports betting product.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tbage staff or other Players through any communication channel.

tbage is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we actively build tools and processes to minimise that risk for our Player community.

The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all Account holders free of charge and accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive a pop-up notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely close your Account with immediate effect. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content on the tbage Platform — including but not limited to the tbage brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tbage or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from tbage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

tbage does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond tbage's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. tbage will make reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions and to notify Players in advance of planned maintenance.

tbage's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account balance at the time the incident occurred.

tbage collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or these Terms. tbage uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

tbage reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tbage will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and carries the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tbage Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

tbage's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by tbage in writing.
